1. Deliveries And Returns
My Growing Tribe ensures secure and efficient delivery using the following methods:
In Austria: Deliveries are made through national postal services or other viable services.
The rest of Europe: Deliveries are made via reliable courier services.
Non-EU countries: Kindly be advised that for shipments to non-EU countries, import taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
2. Order
You are responsible for reviewing your order before submitting. Orders are confirmed upon payment and are subject to verification of billing and shipping addresses. You will receive a confirmation via email once your order is processed.
If an order cannot be accepted, you will be informed, and no charge will be made. Orders may be declined due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen limitations.
3. Delivery & Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days or up to 4 days for customized items. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days (up to 10 in certain regions). Tracking info is provided via email.
Shipping fees:
- Free shipping: For orders over €100 within Europe;
- Flat rates: Based on destination;
3.1 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect items upon receipt. Contact us within 5 days for issues. Provide order number, item number, and photos to our support team.
3.2 MISSING ITEMS/ORDERS
Notify us within 5 days of receiving your order if items are missing. If undelivered within 14 days, contact us. Refunds for lost packages are considered after 30 days.
3.3 FAILED DELIVERIES
If you’re not home, delivery will be attempted again or sent to a nearby collection point. Unclaimed packages are returned to sender.
3.4 FAULTY PRODUCTS
Faulty items may be returned within 14 days. We may offer repair, replacement, or refund including return shipping.
4. Returns & Cancellations

4.1 RETURN POLICY
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
All other items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued only after the returned items have been inspected and approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4.2 ORDER CHANGES
Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed. Ensure contact and delivery details are correct when placing your order.
4.3 EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
5. Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events, we may cancel or delay orders without liability.
